COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Industrial Devices BDS4-203J-0001-W parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Intelliflex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ironman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ipd-Automation product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Intelliflex such as the IFX425L12KRPEVE3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BMQ82425L140 manufactured by Ironman and we are pleased to be able to service most Ironman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KMFS52661 by Manufacturer Ipd-Automation as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Isystem Brand ILA128001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Inficon-Leybold such as 20099002 equipment made by Inficon-Leybold have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Inficon-Leybold products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Inficon-Leybold" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5230 made by Ixrf-Systems-4460 as well as the popular A203G original spares produced by Ite Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DSM47 by Isel-Automation and 20099002 spares by Inficon-Leybold are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 72588 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jena-Tec. |
